1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Stripelite. By accessing the site, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. If you do not, you must leave immediately.

All adult performers featured on Stripelite have been age-verified by Stripchat through ID and biometric checks. Stripchat does not allow anyone under 18 to broadcast on its platform.

2. Acceptable use

By using Stripelite, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the site if you are under 18 or in a jurisdiction where adult content is prohibited.
  • Attempt to scrape, mirror or systematically reproduce content from Stripelite without written permission.
  • Re-host, re-stream, record or redistribute any live stream content originating from Stripchat.
  • Use Stripelite to harass, defame or impersonate any cam performer.
  • Bypass our security, rate limits or analytics measures.

3. Content disclaimer

Stripelite does not host any video, image or chat content on its servers. Every stream, thumbnail and profile field shown on the site is fetched in real time from Stripchat's public API. We provide an editorial layer (categorisation, written descriptions, navigation) on top of that public data.

We do our best to keep listings current, but performer availability changes by the minute. We are not responsible for streams that go offline, content that does not match its description, or actions taken by performers during their shows.

4. Intellectual property

The Stripelite name, logo, written descriptions and editorial structure are © 2025–2026 Stripelite. Live stream content remains the property of the performers and Stripchat. Affiliate brand names (Stripchat) belong to their respective owners.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Stripelite is monetised through affiliate links to Stripchat. When you click a "Watch", "Chat" or token-giveaway button and subsequently register or make a purchase on Stripchat, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the cost to you — registration on Stripchat is free, and Stripchat's prices are identical whether you arrive via Stripelite or directly.

6. Disclaimers

Stripelite is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of any cam-performer data fetched from third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stripelite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our operational establishment. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
